Old lineart of an interesting character I made awhile back. She's some kind of cheshire cat, and I have a sneaky suspision that she comes from the same place the Jah does... wherever that is. But anyway, could you tell that I'm having way too much fun with the recycled paper?

An akita inu, enjoying a nice array of sushi. For a quad, he is very deft with those hashi (chopsticks). Done with inks and acrylics on 9"x12" illustration board.

First piece I've done as part of the Dark Gemini Project with fellow artist Sangluna. Versa, one of the two twin demi-gods of mystery, beauty, creativity and duality. Sitting on the throne in his dilapidated shrine. With a little feline friend no less. I used this piece as a challege for myself. I can be so timid about actually using foreshortening in this manner. I need to do it more and stop being 'scared' of using it XD This one isn't perfect by any means, but hopefully its a good step for me in the process of learning ^^

I figured I needed a new fursona. I couldn't see myself in Enigma anymore, plus that I myself have changed a lot through the years. So I went with a skunk. There are reasons why.. a) I am extremely mistrustful towards people and tend to avoid them as well. So don't take it personally if you want to approach me or try to chat with me online. I am terrible at keeping up conversations and if I don't know you, I'll probably be pondering up conspiracy theories of why you want to talk to me X) b) I often feel that people do try to avoid me as well. Because I'm not really that much fun of a person to talk to/be with. Heh :P Anyway. Character sheet. Not perfect, I know. But I just wanted to get the character out there =)

A large badge of her pet chihuahua, Jazz, for The-Lancastrian of DA :3 She said that Jazz was built like a miniature lab, but I couldn't find any good ref pics online, so I had to use my own Jingle (he's half chihuahua, half corgi). Hence, the legs may be a bit on the short side (I've stared at it for so long that I can't tell anymore). This particular badge is also a bit smaller than what I usually make. Xiaolian the red panda, looking smug and ready for a fight, with her unique weapons... You know someone is overly confident when they go into battle wearing so little. Her name means "little lotus". She is small, but formidable. Xiaolian is copyright 2007 Kacey Miyagami. I thought it was about time I created a new character. Inks, acrylic paints and colored pencils on 9"x12" bristol board.
